This was my first time shipping a vehicle and l was definitely nervous. I had a tight timeline I needed to make but needed my car, which at the time was 1100 miles away, so had no option but to ship. As soon as I started working with Ship a Car Direct my nervous immediately settled. John answered any question I had before I made a purchase, and encouraged me to do my research before committing. This was over a holiday. As soon as I made the leap, I was linked up with the driver who would be transporting my car. She was incredibly helpful and gave me updates throughout their trip so I could track my vehicle. My car ended up meeting my deadline on the nose, a process that was pain free. I have since referred other friends to Ship a Car Direct and would utilize their service in confidence if I ever needed to ship a car again.
