Very effective communication. Exact pick-up and delivery dates. No hidden fees. The driver called a few hours before pick up and delivery. Got numbers of update text messages from ship-a-car-direct and the transportation company during the process. I would definitely use their service again.
Mr. Wade was super helpful and helped my car being shipped just one day before Christmas.
