I was shipping 2 cars from California to Indiana and while shopping around for a company I came across Ship a Car Direct. The customer service from Jennifer was amazing! She walked me through the whole car shipping process and was always available to answer any questions I had. We ended up needing to leave California before our cars got picked up and Jennifer worked with our neighbors our there to coordinate the pickup. I just felt very comfortable during the whole process and wouldn't hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again for future car transport.
