I was pretty scared about using a car shipping broker after reading tons of negative reviews about other companies. I did hours of research before landing on ShipaCar. When I initally spoke to them, they said the delivery could take up to 2 weeks because of the lack of traffic from North Carolina to Idaho. The car was picked up on the December 3 with an estimate that it would be ready on the 13th. The company took the order, found a transport company who reached out to me about picking up the car. I used the app provided to document the condition of the car, then the driver came and picked it up.
I was amazed when he told me he could probably have it to me in 3 days but knowing how winter storms can slow things down, didn't expect it to happen. However, on the afternoon of the 6th, got a call from the driver saying he would be here in an hour. The car arrived close to my house, no issues.
All in all I was really happy with my experience and would definitely use again. Although it was a little more expensive than other companies, the reviews convinced me it was worth it and I'm glad we chose them.
