I arranged to ship my parent's car from Illinois to New Jersey. The process was handled very well. Renee was great to work with, and she responded promptly to any questions. We had a direct number to her which made it easy to make arrangements. The only issue that arose was that the carrier arrived to pick up the car one day later than promised, though no fault of Ship a Car Direct, as that responsibility fell on the carrier. When this issue arose, it was nice that there was a 24-hour help line to address the issue. The pick-up and delivery otherwise went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this company again to ship any car in the future.
