Although they send a daily email to remind you of their availability of their service, the whole process was incredibly simple. The carrier that they found for me was very professional and the driver was a really nice guy who I felt comfortable with taking care of my car during transit. I always heard car shipping is a painful process, but working with this company was the exact opposite.
