Over all, a good experience. Being this was our first car to transport, it seemed a little hard to concentrate on what was important, and what wasn't. Christina was very patient and helped us to sort through. The trucker was on time--we were not happy that he would not even try to use our house location, and we loaded up beside a 4 lane, busy street. Not a good choice in my opinion. He was a little curt with my delivery person, but she said over all ok. Of course, maybe he was curt because in about 58 hours he transported our vehicle (and he said he was picking up one in VA after us), from PA to TX!!
