I researched several car shipping companies including the BBB for each one. The customer reviews for Ship A Car Direct and how it handles customer issues made me feel confident choosing this company to move my vehicle from Houston, TX to Colorado Springs. Pros: a) This company and driver kept in constant contact with me via your preference (phone/text/email). b) Free damage app to document condition of your car before and after shipping by loading the pictures for you. c) Quote to ship was reasonable and accurate. Thanks Cory! d) Vehicle was delivered with no damage! Cons: The outside of the vehicle was very dirty but this is to be expected when it is traveling on the back of an open truck across the country. A detailed car wash was all the car needed. Even though there was a delay in delivery by a few days, the driver and the company kept in contact the entire time to let me know what was going on. Shipping a personal vehicle is very stressful (at least for me) because you worry if your vehicle will be taken care of during shipping. I have already recommended this company to my colleagues and I would use them again. Prices were very competitive and there is a $30 rebate after delivery. Feel confident this company is highly rated for a good reason.
