I strongly recommend John with Ship-A-Car direct. John was my broker and he listened when I asked for a reputable and responsible transport company. His service and explanation of the process was top notch. The transport company, JPF Trucking, was also very good. The drivers were helpful, and responsive. Though, they missed my delivery window by a day, I was still happy with the communication and the condition of the car. (transporting from NJ to CA I expected weather and other factors to an issue - so I understand the delay). The app that allows you to document the condition of your car gave me piece of mind. Very helpful and my car had no issues, scratches, dents, etc. I would use again, and highly recommend . Though, please check the actual transport company records. As a broker, S-A-C-D uses many and I’ve heard not every company was as good as JPF TRUCKING, Inc.
