Jennifer was great and so was the online chat team, when she wasn't available, which is quite rare. I was expecting for the vehicle to come within 5-6 days upon pick up by the transporter, but it arrived earlier than expected. The car was picked up at the dealership on a Friday, and the car was delivered in my home state on a Sunday afternoon. I was completely shocked and thankful. The drop off location was unfortunately not at my residence, but an alternate location was used that was near by. The drop off point was a bit sketchy, but the transporter was super pleasant and engaging. Thank you all for making the experience as seamless as possible.
