I worked with Scott from Ship Direct and he was awesome. He always returned my calls, texts and emails. They company who shipped my car was impossible to get a hold of, they never answered their phone and the voicemail was full. When they did reach out to drop off the car and I missed the call, the driver was completely rude. My car made it in one piece and had no damage so I can’t complain but customer service was not an option. I would recommend Ship Direct not give business to the carrier they used for my car.
