The pick up and delivery went as planned. Gabe was very helpful. The transport carriers pickup driver Roger was very professional and courteous. The delivery driver Joon was the same. Both drivers contacted us the day before to setup times and then again the days of the pickup and delivery to indicate more accurate times. I felt confident that the staff at Ship a Car would take care of any problems if needed.
