Overall very pleased with the shipment from PA to NC. the order process with Shipacardirect was straightforward and communication was good. We ordered a month in advance but it wasn't until the first day of the identified move date did we hear that a transport company was identified and would show up on our door in a few hours. We had to cancel due to the poor health of a family member but Stefan was quick to reset the pickup date and we ended up being called a day in advance. Revenge Auto was our transport company and couldn't be more pleased with their driver. One of the nicest person that we encountered. It was heavy raining so we rearranged for pickup early morning instead of the night before. We had an enclosed carrier for a small convertible and they took meticulous care in loading. Delivery was 7 hours later in NC and the car came off the carrier the same way it left. Overall great experience - especially as we lucked out with the driver/transport company. Shipacardirect did a good follow up to confirm delivery and condition of car. The only comment is the shipacardirect app for documenting the car is very buggy when taking photos. You have to take a few photos then save as draft. If you try taking the photos all at once, the app crashes and you lose all data.
