The ship a car direct team were highly communicative and were thorough in explaining each step in the process. They provide great training videos as well in my case, the original carrier had an issue with their truck on the day that my car was to be picked up. I almost panicked but the ship a car direct team jumped on it and found me a new carrier within 10 minutes and my delivery ended up taking 3 days less and was $100 less with the new carrier great service and I highly recommend and would use this company in future
