Overall, I had a very good experience using Ship-A-Car Direct. The process for requesting a shipment was easy and I appreciated the frequent emails to keep me updated on the process. I didn’t have any difficulty getting linked up with a carrier and the date of pickup worked out perfectly. There was some slight confusion with my delivery date but I was able to call customer service and the issue was resolved. I also received a call directly from John after I contacted customer service to reassure me that everything was taken care of! I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Ship-A Car-Direct for a future move. Thanks!
