Renee was my customer service agent - she did a great job, I had a narrow pickup window and she managed to get a carrier within the window, The car was delivered in 3 days as promised with no issues,
They screen the carriers carefully, sand our guys were very professional.
I will definitely use Ship a Car direct next time.
