The fundamental question is did the car delivered fast and in as condition? The answer is yes it did. They did an excellent job. Few minor issues that I should notice so that they can improve:
1. I had to call them to know when are they doing to pickup the car. I was given a date and nobody called before that date. I had to call the actual car carrier and was told that they will pick it up next day. Shouldn’t that be communicated to me earlier?
2. On the delivery day, driver insisted that I take the delivery at night. He was upset that I’m asking him to deliver during the day light. He said “You expect me to change all my schedule for you”? Don’t get me wrong but he did a very good job. But looks like he didn’t care about me inspecting the car in daylight or parking lot light. Luckily, car was in good condition without any damage. But what if it wasn’t and I find out in the morning?
