I have nothing but great things to say about Ship a Car Direct. Communication and assistance was great. However, the company that delivered my car employs horrible drivers with terrible attitudes and customer service. They delivered my car two days prior to the estimated date of delivery. This would have been great if 1. we flew in earlier to retrieve the car when they arrived; and 2. the driver did not call my cell phone over 10 times cursing and threatening us. The company he works for was nice, but he was not.
