Good; a few annoyances

*They were able to find a carrier for their estimate, in a reasonable amount of time. *When I spoke with employees they were generally helpful. *I can't speak to the quality of their screening of carriers. The carrier (An Accurate Auto Carrier) they found for my car was mostly fine (reasonable communication, delivery and pickup within a few days of originally scheduled -- you need some flexibility when shipping a car), but he did somehow dent the roof of my car, which I only discovered too late (delivery in a shady spot on cloudy day, became obvious the next day in the afternoon sun). He also added a few scratches. Annoyances re: Ship a Car Direct - Employee doing follow up was a bit pushy, emailing me, then texting me, then calling me (and getting me) all in the span of work hours. Yet, when I wanted to reach him afterwards and called and left a message, he never called me back. - I think their phone app to record damage by taking photos pre and post shipping needs some work. Clicking "submit" on the pre or post delivery report with photos seems to just try to attach all the photos to an email, which isn't going to work except on phones with potatoes for cameras... - It's a minor complaint but Ship a Car Direct does what I find to be an annoying amount of automated emailing (with things like tips) throughout the process, it feels like they could definitely reduce this with no loss.
