The process from beginning to end was incredibly easy and does not take much time out of your day. The customer service was incredible and I don't think I have anything negative to say about that aspect. I don't have anything negative to say about any aspect of the process for that matter. Pick up was easy as was the drop off. I received a phone call from the drivers with a time and place for pick up. There was plenty of notice, giving me ample time to plan. communication with customer service was easy and responses were immediate in most instances.
