We never shipped a car across the country before. We needed information about how transport works and what to expect, reassurance, instructions about what we need to do at the sending and receiving end. Ship-a-Car provided all this in spades. John was the on-the-spot representative who worked with us. He was readily available when we needed him, courteously and thoroughly responding to all our questions and concern, no matter how simplistic and naïve they may have been. He assigned us to a carrier that was professional and topnotch. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Ship-a-Car to anyone needing the service.
