As a first time user of Ship a Car Direct and first time car shipper, I was stressing a bit but Jennifer made me feel very comfortable with the process. Ship a Car Direct's website was thorough and helpful. Some issues were with the first carrier canceling and the broken english of my eventual carrier. Made communication difficult over cell phones. Carrier never sent before photos until I signed for delivery. He was in a hurry and I may have missed some minor damage to the paint. I have learned some things and would call Jennifer and Ship a Car Direct again if needed. Thsnk you!
