Ship a Car Direct reached out to me throughout the entire process and took much of the worry out of delivering my car cross-country. If anything happens, they’re there to back you up! However, my experience with Golden Empire Express was great. The delivery was timely and the drivers/dispatch were all friendly. The notice on delivery and pickup is typically a few hours, and can be delayed. Once they’re ready to deliver your car they will wait as long as they need to for you to come pick it up. I definitely recommend reaching out to the number given to you by Ship a Car Direct, as Golden Empire Express was able to give me an estimate date a day or so in advance.
