Moving from South Carolina to Hawaii involves a significant amount of logistics and moving parts. Ship A Car Direct was an excellent, easy company to work with. The app worked great to document vehicle conditions. The driver that was assigned to our cars was excellent, he was extremely thorough during the pick up process, and was able to answer all questions that were asked. The representative from Ship A Car Direct was in constant contact, which made everything go smoothly. They typically answered the phone every time I called or called back within a couple of hours. They took two of our cars from South Carolina to California, and arranged the transfer to Matson. They are a great company with excellent customer service.
