My Ship a Car Direct experience was exceptionally good. Everyone was extremely friendly and they try their best to work around your schedule. They also try to keep you up to date about what’s going on via text, phone call, or email. Lastly, they also try to notify you an hour or two prior to pick up or drop out time.
