Pick-up of my car went okay, with adequate communication involved. But on the delivery end, I was disappointed. I had been given a definite delivery date by the driver but my car didn't arrive until 4 days later. I had to pursue the communication about my car because the transport company was not reaching out to me and the whole process took 11 days, which was beyond the 7-10 day delivery estimate. I understand things happen but communication is invaluable. John of Ship-a-Car-Direct, however, was very responsive and good about staying in touch with me, so I was happy there.

We are deeply sorry that you were the one initiating the contact instead of the other way around. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from the carrier. We will surely deal with them internally to continue to improve how we do our service. We are glad to know that John was very responsive to you and in the end, your car was delivered safely.
