Ship a Car Direct was right on the top of preferred shippers when doing an internet search. One of the factors to determine them as a shipper was the videos that were provided on the website to answer common questions. It turns out to be the owner of the company doing the video answers. David was our contact He was quick to follow up, very informative and always kept the lines of communication open. He also kept us very informed on the selection of the shipper that picked up and delivered door to door. I would certainly use them again if the situation arises.
