Shipping process was pretty easy for my first time doing it. Drivers were given my contact information and contacted me via cellphone throughout the process. The company was also flexible, and allowed me to change the pickup date and location last minute. Car was delivered in good condition. One star off as I did not hear from driver for pickup until later in the day, and was not provided an estimated time for pickup.
