In addition to the videos and information on the website that helped me get a sense of the process before I put in my request, Eve and the rest of the SACD team members were great at explaining each stage of process. Eve was available via phone and email, so it was easy to stay in touch to get updates and ask questions. I shipped my car basically coast-to-coast over a holiday weekend, and Eve was upfront about how that may affect the time and cost of my delivery as well as logistics for pickup and delivery; they also helped me when I needed to change my delivery address after my car was picked up. There were no surprises other than my car making it to me even earlier than estimated, which worked out great. Would recommend and would use again.
