This was my first time using a car shipping service and I was very pleased. My car was shipped across the country in 6 days, was picked up a day early and dropped off in my destination state 2 days earlier than the estimated dates. The only problem I had was with taking pictures through the app, the app kept closing and I wasn’t able to put pictures in the app but I took pictures on my own. My car came in the same condition I gave them in it besides it being slightly dirty but I totally expected that because my car is going across the country. Everyone I talked to through email and in person were very nice and helpful.
