Customer service is quick, nimble and effective. We shipped our car from Michigan to California and Matt our agent did a wonderful job finding a carrier that best accomodated our schedule, especially when we needed to change our travel plan after a carrier had been located. Once being paid the agency fee, the agency also keeped us informed as to the scheduling process constantly so we didn’t have to worry about missing the deadline of our moving. Overall, great work!
