I had a really good experience with Ship a Car Direct as far as pickup goes. Customer service was very helpful, and the driver that was assigned to me was nice and on time. However, my car arrived to California before I did (I could see the location through my Subaru app) so I thought I’d be able to get it sooner than the expected delivery date. I think it’s probably because I put the date I could receive my car after too late, so I recommend picking an earlier date or one closer to your arrival. Other than that, I honestly didn’t mind terribly waiting a little longer for my car because there were no damages and it got to me safely - which is all that matters. I trust this company a lot now after having successfully shipped my car with them..
