Overall, my experience with this company has been super simple.
First, you submit your information for an estimate, then a broker contacts you. The same broker was extremely on top of everything and stayed in communication from start to finish. If you had ANY questions, she'd respond pretty quickly. Then the actual driver/shipper calls/emails you with further details regarding pickup, the cost and delivery instructions. The one thing that I liked was that there was NOT a ton of paperwork. Just 2 quick signatures. Easy. Also, I thought it would take around a week to ship across the country, but it only took a couple of days! I was pleasantly surprised.
