Recently our plans to drive from Minnesota to The West Coast, where my daughter goes to college, became more difficult after she broke her ankle. I would have had to do all thirty hours of diving. After contacting Ship Direct, Jennifer was extremely compassionate and helpful in navigating a tight time schedule with a variety of moving pieces. I was notified within hours that a company had accepted the job. The driver (Vigo) and I communicated regularly about where to drop the car as I had not yet arrived at the destination. He worked with the owners of an Airbnb, and everything went smoothly. This organization was very professional, well organized, and human. I’m impressed!
