We had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. The communication from the very beginning went above and beyond. They basically held our hand through the whole process. They answered questions thoroughly and quickly and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Once the carrier was assigned, they continued to reach out and make sure we were happy and in communication with the carrier. We have used other transport companies in the past and this experience was by far the best one we had!
