It was hard to choose a delivery company based off of online reviews. However, I had more confidence in Ship A Car Direct for a few reasons. First, they have an additional policy to ensure damages are covered which other companies do not offer. Additionally, it was reassuring that I was dealing with the same agent, Cory, consistently, from my first time of contact. Moreover, once a carrier was chosen by Cory the entire process was smooth and the car arrived quickly with no damage. I had called and emailed Cory and he always answered the phone and responded to emails promptly. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Would definitely use this service again.
