This was the first time I'd ever needed to ship a car across the country (VA to CA). The reviews for most of the shipping services that came up on google were terrifying. When I came across Ship-A-Car-Direct, I was impressed by the sheer volume of great reviews, and decided to call the toll free number to see if a real person would get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. And...they did!! Between phone and email, the answers and follow up were fantastic. The car was picked up within the few day window I was given, and delivered on the day they projected. I was contacted throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. I would 100% use them again.
