I honestly passed initially due to the price of the bid being a bit high. Then I read some poor customer feedback on the Better Business Bureau's website about a number of other carrier/brokers including the one I was about to go with. The actual person from another broker that I was working with had 3 horrible reviews about support and follow up. The last straw was an add I saw on an auction site for a classic car that was being wholesaled because a carrier had destroyed it in transit. So I changed my mind and called back SHIP A CAR DIRECT and went with them because their reviews were flawless. The team has been prompt, polite and the support has been amazing. Best yet, my car was picked up the next day on a Thursday and was here first thing Monday morning with out any incidents. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
