The bottom line is that our cars were shipped successfully and our rep (plus other reps) from ShipACar direct followed up at every step. I would definitely use this service again. The only reason it is not a 5 star service is my rep seemed curt with me and quick to get me off the phone. It's important to me to have all the details and I ask a lot of questions to ensure I know everything about the process, but doing so seemed to irritate my representative. Nevertheless, the overall outcome was great.
