Overall, experience went well. Car was shipped from CA to VA and arrived earlier than anticipated. Everyone with ship a car direct made themselves super accessible and easy to communicate with; however, the only thing that caused distress was that the transport company didn’t contact me or the receiver 24 hours in advance, as stated.
