SACD fine but bad experience with carrier

I gave two stars because the process of ordering was easy, my shipping price was cheaper than the quote, and I did not have any communication issues with either SACD or the carrier (Umbrella). I took away three stars because the delivery situation was less than ideal. The carrier delivered two days before my clearly stated Do Not Deliver Before date and told me they had no record of this date from SACD. I was not at the delivery location yet and had no friends or family in the area so I had to rely solely on the carrier to ensure the car was undamaged and safely parked. Again, not an ideal situation. I later found the dispatch sheet left by the driver clearly stated the Do Not Deliver Before date so I brought it up to Renee. She was helpful but when I heard back from the carrier about the situation, I was appalled at how rude, defensive, and apathetic the dispatcher was. She was fabricating details about my delivery and essentially told me my complaint wouldn’t mean anything because nobody has complained about early delivery and they had been doing business with SACD for a long time. Ultimately, I am fortunate that my car arrived undamaged but I would probably not book again due to my negative experiences with the carrier.
