My overall experiences was very good with ship a car direct. I had a sudden change of plan due to personal issue where I had to reschedule the pick up & drop off. That was taken care of without any problem. Then on the day of pick up the driver made the whole process so painless and simple. Then one week later it was safely arrived at SF. (I shipped it from Boston). So yeah, 5 stars.
