The communication channel between me and Ship a Car Direct was adequate. I would like a better "tracking" system to have a better idea where my car is, although that would probably more heavily depend on the carrier.
While getting my car took longer than I would have liked (about 12 days door-to-door for ~1700 miles during the summer), everyone I talked to was professional and easy to work with.
