Sales team: set realistic expectations and kept me informed.
Pickup: on time and kept me informed about (small) changes to the schedule.
App: recorded condition of car at pickup to give me confidence in care.
Delivery: driver kept me informed about (small) changes to the schedule and met me in a comfortable and safe location...and it was really fast! I got my car coast-to-coast in only a few days longer than it would have taken to drive it there!
Condition: no damage noted to the car, belongings inside intact.
Conclusion: I was nervous about this the whole time, but now that I've been through it again, I would use both the broker and transport company again!
