I was happy with my experience. It was a little frustrating that you can’t find out specifics about pickup and drop off until a day or two before, but that seems normal for car shipping. My car came back pretty dirty, but that’s also expected when shipping across the country. The driver was very nice and made sure I understood everything that was happening.
