I selected ship a car direct because of their positive reviews as well as their responses to negative reviews. I received 3 quotes from different companies and they were in the middle. The quote matched what we paid. Communications were ongoing and frequent. Once our shipper was identified we were able to contact him and maintain communication about pick up and delivery. The shipper was great and offered to drop the car off at my daughter's office so she wouldn't have to take leave. The car was delivered on the date promised and we had no issues. Overall a great experience.
