We used Ship A Car Direct to ship our car from California to Louisiana. The transporter that Ship A Car engaged delivered the car on time and undamaged. There was a short delay at first, as the transporter ran late to make the pickup, but after that everything went smoothly. I would use Ship A Car Direct again. It was much easier than driving the car across country myself.
