It started out with a review of the internet getting recommendations. Ship a car direct had excellent reviews and now that my thunderbird has traveled from Nevada to Virginia, I understand why. John was my contact and he answered every question that I had.. Everything he said would happen happened. The car was pristine when it went on the carrier and pristine when it came off. I would recommend ship a car direct to anyone.
