Shipacar Direct is always good about communicating and staying in touch with you throughout the entire car shipping process. I have used them three times with cross country moves and each time without incident and we have been treated professionally. The only thing I hate is not knowing when the carrier will be picking up until the last minute. This is just part of the business and would be the case with any company but when moving it makes it very difficult to plan. Thanks shipacar direct for taking care of us and our cars!
