The Rep was always available... car was picked up in a timely manner... the Website was informative and left few questions to ask. When Car was in transit, I was able to know its location... driver called 24hrs b4 delivery... Daughter was on receiving end... the bugs didn't miss our Subaru but the Forester's back was facing front so bugs were not squeezed into the grill... other than bugs... it was in great shape... Thank You for a wonderful first time experience.
